Transition gradually with backward combatible adaptor.
Backward combatibility
Considering the widespread use of the old RJ45 connector this project is only possible because of the adaptor.
Connections between the RJ45 terminals and the new connectors contact elements, are curled up to ensure that all connections are of the same length for maxium network bandwidth .
